One Florida Gator player is having an excellent spring thus far and seems on the verge of having a breakout season according to a lot of writers and fans. Teammates and coaches have praised his work ethic and playmaking ability in practice. "I'm really excited about his future here at the University of Florida. He's done a great job of coming into spring practice prepared and has been a huge bright spot for us," said Will Muschamp. When asked if he thought the player's performance would carry over into the fall, Muschamp replied, "Him? Oh, not at all. He probably won't do shit for us in the fall when it matters. He's having a nice spring, so let's just leave at that and not get carried away." The player's teammates agreed with Muschamp's sentiment. "Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, he's balling right now, but if I were a fan, I wouldn't get my hopes up. He'll disappear in the fall and all of y'all will be scratching your head wondering what happened."
I guess this one falls under the heading, "Pick your player..."
ReplyDeleteIn retrospect, we could have penciled in 2 or 3 different guys for this role after LAST spring. Who's your candidate this time around?
